When you visit RunCPA website, we collect some basic information about your visit, such as your location, preferred language, IP address, browser type, website that referred you to ours and other. We use this information for purposes of analyzing, marketing, and improving the RunCPA service.
We don't do this kind of thing. Your account and associated data belong to you or, if it is a work account, to your employer. We will not share any of that with third parties except in the following narrow circumstances
If you encounter problems with your RunCPA experience, you may contact our customer support. Occasionally, problems may arise that require access to your account. We will never ask for access to your account unless such access is absolutely necessary to address an issue with your RunCPA experience. If you provide us with express consent, we may access your account to troubleshoot issues. We grant such access only to certain RunCPA people and only in very limited circumstances with your knowledge and consent.
You can delete your account by emailing email@example.com. We will delete your account, including all associated data, as soon as we can, and will only retain information as required by law.
No. RunCPA users must not be under the age of 13. We do not target any portion of our service to children under the age of 13, and in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will delete any accounts or data of users that we believe to be under the age of 13.
